Mobile Monday - Schedule a Call Back

BBVA Compass last week announced that it had been named a leader in Customer Service and Ease of Use by Javelin Strategy & Research in their 2018 Mobile Banking Scorecard.

To assess Customer Service, Javelin reviewed the nation’s top 28 financial institutions to ensure that their mobile app experience provided immediate in-app support and connection to key resources. BBVA Compass Mobile Banking App has a wealth of customer service options, one of which is the schedule a call back feature, where customers can use the bank’s app to request a call immediately, or at a designated time, from the bank’s customer service team.

To schedule a call back, users simply go the assistance center in the app and select schedule a call. They then select why they are calling, and ask for the next available agent to call back – which provides faster assistance – or simply schedule a call at a time that is most convenient for them.
