The BBVA Compass Mobile Banking App, with a multitude of functionality, gives customers the ability to  update their contact information, including primary and secondary mobile phone number and email accounts, directly in the mobile banking app. The information is used by the bank in situations where customers need to be reached regarding important information related to their accounts.

To update the contact information, simply go to the main menu on the BBVA Compass Mobile Banking App and select settings. There you can set up primary contact information - both for mobile number and email - and secondary. With advanced functionalities, the BBVA Compass Mobile Banking App gives you the ability to bank when, where and however you want.
