BBVA announces €0.10 per share cash dividend in October
BBVA’s Board of Directors resolved today to approve the payment of an interim dividend for 2019, for a gross amount of €0.10 per share, to be paid on October 15.
Next October 15th BBVA will pay an interim dividend for 2019 for a gross amount of €0.10 per share.
BBVA devotes between 35 percent and 40 percent of the year’s recurrent profits to dividend payouts, with a 100 percent cash remuneration. BBVA declares dividends twice a year, tentatively in October of the current year and April of the following year, subject to approval by the corresponding social bodies.
