Campus BBVA: continuous learning to compete in the digital world

The objective of the BBVA training program is to constantly update its professionals’ knowledge, competencies and skills, always putting the customers’ needs first.

The Campus BBVA Course Catalogue—which includes in-person, online and mixed training— is organized into a series of categories (Cultural Skills, Leadership Skills, Crossed Skills, Digital, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Risks, Sales and Marketing) and is designed and carried out in collaboration with the most important business schools in the world: Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, The Center for Creative Leadership, IESE Business School, Instituto de Empresa Business School and Babson College, among others.

The content of the online offering—which can be accessed from any device—is available in different formats:

• MOOCs(Massive Open Online Courses). Training programs from the most prestigious universities and business schools in the world, with a careful selection of the most important knowledge and abilities for the BBVA Group, all of which are updated regularly.

• Watch & Learn. A channel of short videos with key information about leadership, digital and cultural transformation, all of it explained by expert from BBVA and from outside the bank.

• Language Center. Language platform that includes innovative training experiences. Accessible online and through its own app.

The Language Center also offers language "immersion" programs of different lengths.

The training center is located at the La Moraleja Campus in Madrid. Campus BBVA also has other headquarters in the different countries in which the group operates.
