Top Employers 2026 Highlights BBVA’s Employee Development And Learning Plans
BBVA has earned the Top Employer 2026 certification for the fourth year running, making the bank one of the best companies to work for in Spain.

This year’s certification, which recognizes the bank as a benchmark in talent management in Spain, highlights BBVA’s strengths in areas such as career development, talent acquisition, learning and training, people strategy, leadership, and work environment. The bank has also made significant progress in areas such as digitalization and onboarding initiatives.
Throughout 2025, BBVA strengthened its people management strategy with initiatives focused on talent development, well-being, and cultural transformation. The bank also made a qualitative leap in innovation with the widespread adoption of artificial intelligence in its day-to-day operations. Moreover, BBVA continued to promote lifelong learning and reskilling programs, as well as diversity policies, focusing on responsible leadership and employee experience. These initiatives are aligned with the goal of building an innovative and collaborative work environment that supports BBVA’s purpose of supporting its clients' drive to go further.
