Businesses Can Now Manage Their Global Treasury Needs with the New Digital Experience on BBVA Pivot

BBVA Pivot, BBVA’s global platform for businesses, features a revamped user experience. The update includes enhancements to account and payment management, new alerts and tracking tools, as well as the gradual rollout of Softoken—BBVA’s mobile authentication solution for authorizing transactions. These enhancements are further complemented by new analytics capabilities, enabling companies to manage their global treasury operations with greater agility, efficiency, and control.

Today’s companies operate in an increasingly global environment, where speed of decision-making, visibility into liquidity, and the ability to manage operations from a single platform are more important than ever. To meet these needs, BBVA continues to evolve BBVA Pivot, its global platform for businesses. In its latest iteration, Pivot Net—the digital banking channel integrated into the platform—boasts a redesigned user experience and new features that simplify day-to-day treasury management and improve operational efficiency for clients.

“At BBVA, we work to ensure that technology makes our clients’ day-to-day management that bit easier. The latest generation of Pivot Net reflects that commitment: delivering a platform that is increasingly intuitive, efficient, and equipped to support companies in managing their international operations,” said Daniel Caridad, Head of Global Channels and International Transfers for Business and Institutional Banking at BBVA.

A platform designed to simplify day-to-day management

The latest version of Pivot Net introduces a redesigned user experience offering more intuitive navigation, a clearer organization of information, and a layout that makes the platform’s most frequently used features easier to access. The goal is to simplify day-to-day operations and help companies find the information they need more quickly and easily.

The enhancements also extend to some of the platform’s most widely used services. The Accounts module now provides a more comprehensive view of a company’s financial position, with greater detail and a seamless consistent experience that makes it easier to review and manage accounts. Meanwhile, the Payments module adds new capabilities, including downloadable payment confirmations, a more visual way to track payment status, and enhanced search options making it faster and easier to locate and monitor transactions.

The platform also features new alerts and notifications to help companies monitor liquidity more proactively, along with new analytics tools that provide greater visibility into corporate card spending by presenting the information in a more intuitive way for users.

Added convenience and security

BBVA continues to expand the rollout of Softoken, its mobile authentication solution for businesses, enabling users to authorize transactions from a single device while offering greater convenience coupled with the utmost security.

This functionality is currently available to Pivot Net customers in Spain, Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina. It is planned to be rolled out in Peru later this year as part of the platform's evolution roadmap across the different markets where it operates.

The transformation of Pivot Net will continue over the coming months with the introduction of additional capabilities, including enhancements to the collections module, multi-country user administration, new information download areas, and a mobile app that will allow companies to manage their banking operations with greater flexibility.
