Out of the 600 national banks evaluated by research-based financial consulting firm, Greenwich Associates, BBVA Compass has earned its spot as a customer service leader in cash management among the 37 institutions recognized by midsize businesses for excellence in middle market banking.
Greenwich Associates conducted nearly 15,000 interviews with midsize businesses throughout the nation with annual sales between $10 and $500 million to conclude its latest Excellence Awards list, which covers a range of qualitative categories — BBVA Compass is a represented national winner for customer service in cash management.
Lynne Herndon, BBVA Compass commercial banking segment executive, noted that the bank’s recent win for mid-market customer service is marketplace confirmation that the bank is nurturing purposeful relationships with companies and helping them capitalize on their potential.
