Garanti BBVA Enhances Credit Access with Digital Appraisal and Mortgage Solutions
Garanti BBVA is now offering its appraisal and mortgage services on digital channels for both sole traders and corporate clients. The move comes as part of the bank’s efforts to improve the speed, convenience and flexibility of credit.
The new end-to-end digital solution facilitates access to real estate appraisal applications, renewals and mortgage origination processes on both the Garanti BBVA mobile app and online banking. Thanks to this new solution, sole traders and companies can complete each step of the appraisal process online and renew the appraisal when it expires. Once this step is complete, they can begin the mortgage application and monitor the entire journey on digital channels.
Garanti BBVA Executive Vice President Cemal Onaran described this development as another milestone in the bank’s continuous efforts to create digital solutions that make it easier for customers to manage their everyday finances. Both sole traders and enterprises highly value speed and convenience when accessing credit, he stressed, and moving critical processes such as real estate appraisals and mortgages to digital channels meets both these needs. “We are making our customers' financial processes faster and more effortless,” he stated.
