Garanti BBVA offers a bespoke banking experience for affluent segment

BBVA’s Turkish franchise has unveiled ‘My Banker,’ a new program aimed at delivering tailored financial services and lifestyle benefits to its affluent customer segment.

The initiative brings personalized banking under a single umbrella, with each customer assigned a dedicated relationship manager, supported by a team of experts.

The program offers a comprehensive service model that goes beyond conventional banking, integrating financial advisory, exclusive advantages, advanced digital tools, and robust security. ‘My Banker’ clients gain priority access to services at branches and call centers, as well as direct communication with their personal banker via the Garanti BBVA Mobile app.

Through the ‘My Banker’ platform, customers can access curated offers, personalized campaigns, invitations to exclusive events, and benefits at premium retail and lifestyle brands. Garanti BBVA aims to create a holistic value proposition that combines personal financial management with elevated lifestyle perks.

The program also includes a range of exclusive offers and rewards. Customers can receive up to 20 percent discounts at select restaurants and hotels when using an American Express card, earn up to 5.5 times more miles with Miles&Smiles credit cards, and access additional benefits in international markets. Other perks include a 10 percent bonus on auto and home insurance policies, elevated cash withdrawal limits, expedited digital investment transactions, and participation in health and wellness events via brand-specific partnerships.
