Garanti BBVA Talent Week Launches the Careers of Young Professionals
Garanti BBVA Talent Week 2026 will offer university students and recent graduates the opportunity to explore career paths ranging from banking to technology, meet senior leaders, and experience the skills of the future first-hand. The application period runs through February 19.
Through its Talent Week 2026 Young Talent Recruitment Program, Garanti BBVA aims to support budding young talent as they take their first steps in the professional world. The program brings together university students and recent graduates in a comprehensive experience designed to help them discover their potential and transition into the workforce with confidence.
Designed for those who aspire to careers in next-generation banking, audit, technology, and data, Talent Week is a great opportunity for participants to get to know Garanti BBVA up close, explore career opportunities, and build a professional network. Throughout the program, they will meet with executives and experts, take part in workshops and inspiring sessions, and gain firsthand insight into the Bank’s corporate culture, innovative projects, and career paths.
Participants can begin their careers by pursuing several tracks: Management Trainee, offering exposure to diverse areas of banking; Data MT, enabling them to create value from data as data scientists or data engineers; Assistant Inspector, providing entry into the innovative world of audit; and Tech Talent, focused on developing expertise across different areas of technology.
Applications for Talent Week 2026 will be accepted between January 27 and February 19 via the Garanti BBVA careers website. The program will also be promoted through social media channels, university clubs, young talent platforms, and outdoor media.
“Investing in young people’s potential is the most valuable step toward the future”
Ebru Taşcı Firuzbay, Deputy CEO of Garanti BBVA, said that one of the key needs for young talents as they transition into the workforce is access to environments where they can discover themselves and learn by doing. She explained that Talent Week was designed as a holistic experience enabling young people to develop these skills, recognize their potential, and put it into practice. She added that the Bank’s objective is not only to offer a career opportunity, but also to accompany participants on their long-term development journey. In her words, “the leaders of tomorrow will emerge from among young people who invest in their growth today and are supported and encouraged along the way.”
Through Talent Week, Garanti BBVA seeks to offer not just an event, but a meaningful early-career experience, supporting growth in banking as well as in technology, data, sustainability, and innovation-focused fields.
