Garanti BBVA Unveils a Personalized Smart Wallet Packed With Rewards

The redesign was supported by the Mastercard Advisory Services team, which provided strategic guidance, project management and front-end design input. The new version combines rewards and payments in a single ecosystem, delivering a fast, smart and personalized experience.

BonusFlaş first launched in 2015 as an industry-leading app that brought card details and offers together in one place, quickly becoming one of Garanti BBVA’s most popular mobile banking apps. In response to evolving customer expectations, the app has now been rebuilt on a more integrated architecture.

A clean, fast interface

BonusFlaş now offers a cleaner, more intuitive home screen with quicker access to frequently used features. Offers can be activated in a single tap, reward status is clearly displayed, and recommendations are tailored to each user’s spending habits.

All cards in one wallet

On the payments side, processes have been streamlined. Android users can quickly switch between registered cards before paying. GarantiPay and 3D Secure online payments, credit card and bill payments, motor vehicle tax payments and card-to-card international transfers can all be carried out without a physical card. For customers with multiple cards, total limit, remaining limit and total balance are visible on a single screen. Spending charts allow transactions to be analyzed by sector, with daily, weekly and periodic breakdowns.

Garanti BBVA plans to roll out further enhancements to its digital payments and rewards ecosystem in the coming months.
