Garanti BBVA Crypto receives ‘Pioneer of Digital Finance’ award
Garanti BBVA Digital Asset’s crypto app, ‘Garanti BBVA Crypto’ was recently presented the award for ‘Pioneers of Digital Finance’ by KPMG Turkey and the Financial Innovation and Technology Association (FINTR).
Held for the second time this year, the awards aim to support Turkey’s fintech ecosystem, strengthening its role both regionally and globally; and to recognize the banks and fintech companies that encourage innovation in the Turkish financial sector, boosting the sector’s digital transformation. The award ceremony took place as part of Istanbul’s Fintech Week - Turkey's first and largest global financial technology event, sponsored in part by Garanti BBVA.
This recognition is the result of assessing the Garanti BBVA Crypto app in eight different categories: innovation and technology use, innovative products and services, value proposition, strategic collaborations and growth outlook for both fintech companies and banks.
