Garanti BBVA Brings the Banking Experience to ChatGPT
Garanti BBVA has taken another step in bringing the digital banking experience to generative AI platforms. Following BBVA’s launch of the ChatGPT app experience in Italy and Germany, the service is now available in Türkiye through Garanti BBVA. As one of the first financial institutions featured in the ChatGPT app library, Garanti BBVA enables users to access up-to-date information about its banking products and services directly within the ChatGPT chat experience.
By adding the Garanti BBVA app to their ChatGPT conversations, users can obtain information quickly and easily on a wide range of topics, from credit cards and loans to investment products and digital banking services, without ever leaving the ChatGPT experience. While the app provides information about products and services, it does not access personal or financial data, nor does it perform customer-specific transactions.

How can users access the Garanti BBVA app through ChatGPT?
After logging in to ChatGPT, users can open the Apps section from the left-hand menu, select the Garanti BBVA app, and connect it to their ChatGPT account by selecting the Install App option. Once the connection is complete, they can start interacting with the app in any conversation by typing @GarantiBBVA, allowing them to access up-to-date information about Garanti BBVA’s products, services, and banking processes directly through ChatGPT.
