Garanti BBVA’s Export Loans Go Digital on Mobile and Online Banking
Garanti BBVA has expanded its export financing solutions by making its Turkish lira (TRY) Export Loan accessible through digital channels. Clients can now draw on their existing limits without visiting a branch and meet their financing needs quickly and easily, with financing terms of up to 24 months.
According to the bank, this move is designed to provide a faster and more seamless experience in foreign trade and export financing. Exporting sole proprietors and corporate clients can access the loan remotely and complete their transactions efficiently, either within their existing limits or by applying for a new limit if needed. The loan benefits from a Banking and Insurance Transactions Tax (BSMV) exemption and supports uninterrupted financing of export activities.
Garanti BBVA Executive Vice President Cemal Onaran noted that the bank is continuing to broaden the scope of the services it offers through digital channels: “With our TRY Export Loan now available digitally, exporters can meet their financing needs seamlessly and focus on growing their business.” He also emphasized that the bank aims to support customers at every stage of their financial journey and is committed to ensuring that transactions can be completed quickly and effortlessly.
This step forward in digitalization fortifies Garanti BBVA’s capabilities in trade finance and its prowess in digital banking, enabling the bank to deliver a solution that is both simple and fast for clients with export financing needs.
