Contact Center World, one of the most prestigious call center associations in the world, presented Garanti BBVA first prize in the categories for the best call center and best customer service in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.
The Contact Center World Awards event, which held its new edition this year, united hundreds of call centers from numerous countries to award businesses in the sector for excellence.
Regarding the recognition Garanti BBVA received, Işıl Akdemir Evlioğlu, the bank’s Executive Vice President, said: "Our customer service center is one of Garanti BBVA’s most important communication channels. Its mission is to analyze our customers’ needs in a quick, precise and efficient manner, and offer continuous high quality service.” She also explained how the customer service center for BBVA’s Turkish franchise makes the difference in terms of the quality and the content of service offered in every interaction in order to improve customer experience.

The executive also underscored the importance of customer satisfaction and the preference for offering quick and accessible services that provide solutions in the first contact. “We are thrilled that Contact Center World has recognized our customer service center’s efforts.
