Garanti BBVA is recognized by Youthall in the 2023 Youth Awards
Garanti BBVA is the company where Turkish youth would most like to work in the finance sector, according to Youthall.
The Turkish career platform recently announced the winners of the third edition of its Youth Awards, ranking a total of 150 companies from a broad range of sectors in more than 25 different categories.
The winners are selected by Youthall users between the ages of 18 and 35, with over 115,000 votes cast by students at 231 universities. The vast majority of the votes (76 percent) came from young people between the ages of 18 to 25; 42 percent of voters were in their third or fourth year of university.
Appealing to youth has become an important part of many companies’ strategies, as potential future employees. Youthall found that young people are swayed by factors beyond companies’ market share, and place great value on their recruitment, sustainability and CSR policies, as well as the language used in social media and communications.
