The MMA has 800 member companies from 50 different countries and is a pioneer in the field of mobile transformation. This year, it put the spotlight on shaping the future through mobile marketing and mobile transformation.
Garanti BBVA’s Executive Vice President participated in the panel discussion ‘Innovation Invasion by Turkish Banks,’ where she explained the bank’s innovation strategy.
Dinçer Başer emphasized that the bank considers innovation to be a far-reaching concept - one that is needed at every level of an organization. For Garanti BBVA, this means reinforcing innovation in every unit of the bank and prioritizing original ideas through its in-house Innovation Platform.
Garanti BBVA believes that the purpose of innovation is to create value for customers and improve their experience. To do so, the bank uses data and new technologies in an innovative manner - incorporating natural language and biometrics, for instance.
